Gimmick: Tommy, being reunited with his cousin Johnny, sees that the tag team division needs to be restored to what they see as the glory days of tag team wrestling. They have come back to regulate the rules and enforce them through physical means. As part of the tag team "The Regulators", it's really a mix of their former tag team gimmicks, The Contour Cuzions and The Directors with an updated philosophy. Director-ism is no longer a religion, more like a personal philosophy which helps fuel their need to regulate the wrestling world. Tommy will often impress the crowd with his outstanding mat based technical wrestling with his mix of Mixed Martial Arts style. Love him or hate him, Tommy is still respected as one of the most world renowned submission specialists and technically gifted professional wrestlers of his generation.
Bio: To make a long story short, Tommy grew up with two loves in his life. Martial Arts and Professional Wrestling. While growing up, Tommy quickly shot up the martial arts ranks and now holds 2nd degree black belts in both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition to that, Tommy also is a "Master of Sport" for Sport Sambo and Freestyle Sambo as well has many minor championships for both Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling. After that, Tommy started to study Muay Thai and Burmese Boxing several years ago and still does so today. Tommy is a world-class athlete in all of these marital arts, and was even considered to train for the Canadian Wrestling and Judo team for the Olympics until an injury made Tommy miss that chance. However, Tommy then decided to chase his other dream of Professional Wrestling. Tommy tried out for his first fed, the CeWA and got in quickly. He quickly shot up the rankings and almost won the TV title in the CeWA in the final show, but was eliminated from the battle royal, but impressed many people with his performance. Despite being only a rookie, he was the runner up! After this losse, Tommy, who this time brought his cousin Johnny, entered the CeFWA, where they won the tag team championship twice. When the CeFWA shut the doors, Tommy jumped with IEA, where he became the two time IEA Extreme Champion. When IEA closed, Tommy, reunited with Johnny, entered the IEW where they became the 4-time IEW Tag team Champion. After the break up of the Directors, Tommy won the Intercontinental championship from Trevor Adams and then after losing it to Krystal Walker, went on to fulfill his long time dream of defeating Beyond for the IEW World Heavyweight championship. After losing the title to Rage after a long and bitter war, Tommy worked his way back into the world title scene. After an amazing triple threat match, first one in two years with Jason Twisted and Matt Rison, Tommy reclaimed the title to become a two time IEW Word Heavyweight Champion. However, he lost the world title to Jason Twisted, and was awarded the Intercontinental championship. However, he had to drop the title due to injury. Outside of the IEW, Tommy entered a tournament, which was called the Frank Taylor Memorial Tournament, in honor of none other than Frank Taylor, who ran CeWA. Along with legends such as Mo'Bad and Jaye Big Dog Doyle. Tommy only lost one round robin match and Tommy took home the great title. It turns out that the whole feud over Director-ism they had was just a trick to get Johnny time off and Tommy a chance to go for the world title. Now Tommy Couture has reunited with Johnny once again and plan to take the tag team world by storm once again. This time, once again in the IEW!
(Note) Though born with the last name Contour, Tommy along with Johnny have the last name of Couture for a stage name.
Wrestling Attire: His boots are a solid black which have built on shin guards that overlap the matching tights. As well, Tommy wears small black MMA gloves saying "IEW" on the back with red tape around the wrists. He also wears a mouth guard that also says "IEW".

"Regulate" by Warren G and Nate Dogg plays over the PA system as Tommy along with Phillple Rougeau and Starr make their way down into the ring. Tommy slaps the hands of a few fans before he stops before Phillple. Phillpe applies Vaseline on his face and places a mouth guard in his mouth before he enters the ring. Rougeau runs down the game plan to Tommy one more time before the match begins as Starr waits outside.
In Ring Personality: Tommy is still a show off, just like he always has been. He'll often play to the crowd when he has the advantage. He is short tempered, so he might get into a minor argument with the ref over little calls but nothing too major. He moves around in the ring as if it were a MMA match, so his hands are always up for a strike and he's in a position to always go in for a takedown of some sort. He is also one to control the pace of the match with his wrestling, but is also very aggressive when he’s the one in control.
Favorite taunts and poses: Tommy will yell out "Regulators!!" to have the crowd yell back "MOUNT UP" before hitting a move.
Favorite mannerisms: Tommy often rubs his Van Dyke before going in for a grapple. As well when getting ready for a slug fest he'll slap himself in the face a few times to get pumped up.
Crowd chants:
"Let's Go Tommy! Clap-clap-clap-clap-clap!"
"Reg-U-La-tors! Clap-clap-clap-clap-clap!"
Reactions: If he wins, he'll celebrate with the crowd by shaking hands with them. If he loses, he'll take it like a man. If beaten fairly he'll shake their hand. If they cheat, he'll let his anger get the best of him and he'll kick the ropes and will need the Ref to hold him back.

Strengths:
1: Ground Game - Being a world class grappler, Tommy will usually always have the advantage when it comes to straight up wrestling. This includes submission, counter/reversals/escapes, and Ground and Pound.
2. Stand up - Though Tommy is more known for his grappling, Tommy is very able to keep the fight standing up if needed. Tommy's stiff and strong style of striking makes him almost as dangerous standing up as he is on the wrestling mat. His Stand up will also include what is known as Sprawl-and-brawl and Clinch fighting.
3.Stamina - Tommy is a cardiovascular machine. Tommy is very able to work twice as hard and for twice as long as most people can even dream about. This means that if he's not as fast or strong as somebody, he can probably just out last them.
4. Experience - Tommy has been around for a while now and knows how to use the ring to his advantage. This shows up as having great ring presence and being able to use/abuse the rules for his advantage
5. Resilience - Though he was "insane" when he was a two time Extreme champion in the IEA, Tommy has proven that he can take one hell of a beating and keep going much like his cousin Johnny.
Weaknesses:
1. Size. Being only 5'11 and 230 pounds can be a real bitch at times.
2. Despite his IEA Extreme championship reigns, Tommy is not that great of a "extreme wrestler". He can handle a street fight now and then, but not much more than that.
3. Ego - He's a great wrestler, the problem that lies with that is that he knows hes good, so he lets it go to his head. . An example of this will show up when he's arguing with the ref over a minor call.
4. Show off - Tommy can get so sure of himself, that he'll take the time to show boat. This often lets his opponent recover much sooner than they should be.
5. Shoulder Injuries - Tommy has actually had two shoulder injuries in the past years which put him on the side lines .His left shoulder being a Grade II which is a complete dislocation of AC ligament with partial disruption of coracoclavicular ligament . While his right shoulder was a torn rotator cuff. Though they have both healed since then, they will never be 100% again, so that could be a possible target.
Appearance: Philippe Rougeau could win a Paul Heyman look a like contest. He wears black jeans and a black dress shirt, and has his ponytail going through the back of his many baseball caps. He's your typical loud mouth asshole.
Background: First a Manger to another wrestler by the name of Matt Rison, when Matt Rison left wrestling, Philippe Rougeau saw an up coming tag team, then known as The Contour Cuzions. He pitched the idea of being their manager, which they agreed and well, the rest is history. Antics: When they are Heels, Philippe Rougeau is your old school heel manager. He'll jump in the right just at the right time to save his clients the match. When he's face, he's still the asshole, just this time the crowd approves as he's being an asshole to the heel.
Appearance: Sister Starlet is a 5'5, slender women with a perfect figure with dark red hair. She's never afraid to use her sexuality as even she'll admit, she's pretty damn slutty at times. And let's not forget, she can be one hell of a bitch to the point where even her good friends The Regulators want to throw her in the ocean and ditch her.
Face: Christy Hemme
Breasts: Trish Starus
Torso: Dawn Marie
Legs and Ass: Stacy Keibler
Attire: Anything slutty
Background: She was a model who was stripping to make ends meet when one of the men she was giving a lap dance to was none other than The Regulator’s manager, Philippe Rougeau. He offered her a job with them to be their eye candy. At first she thought it would be a good way to get noticed, get money without stripping. But she just stuck around and the rest is history.
Antics: She's pretty much of a slutty gal. She doesn’t sleep around with everybody, but she uses her good looks to distract who ever Tommy and/or Johnny is facing.
