Gimmick: "Downfall" in disguise.

Bio: The first time the Red Hood made waves through the IEW, it was revealed to be Downfall in a disguise. As of yet, the current Red Hood has not been identified. Could it be Downfall again, or could it be someone else?

Appearance: Red Hood walks around wearing a white cloak that is blood stained to the point it is several off-shades of red. He wears a mask with a big smily face on it, with several small holes for the mouth, and two larger ones for the eyes. The mask fits tightly over the mysterious man's face, disguising his facial features and hiding any hair he might have.

Entrance Music: "I.A.M.H." by Flotsam and Jetsam
Entrance: "I.A.M.H." hits the speakers and Red Hood walks out from the back. He approaches little kids that are being held up against the rails and offers to give them souvenir red hoods, which they take reluctantly as they cry to his amusement. Red Hood then climbs up into the ring staring down his opponent.
